Kits ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship in 1–2 business days to the shipping address entered at checkout, and we email you when your kit is on its way.
Shipping both ways is included. Your order email includes a prepaid USPS return label; reuse the envelope your kit came in, seal it with packing tape and tape the new label over the old one.
Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. Your order confirmation email shows the address we’ll ship to. If anything is wrong, reply to that email right away.
We post your results as soon as the lab finishes. Timing can run longer around holidays or if a sample form is missing details. We email you when your results are posted, and you can view them anytime on the tracking page with your order email.
We don’t offer refunds or returns. Once your order is placed, your kit ships to the address you provided.
If something in your kit arrives damaged or missing, email us within 14 days of delivery.
